1. Soarin’ Over California
One of the best family rides at Disneyland California Adventure has you soaring above California.
Utilizing IMAX digital technology, this flight simulator will bring you feet above the orange groves and the Golden Gate Bridge before hovering above Disneyland for a close-up fireworks display.
At various times, this ride does change out to Soarin’ Around the World (the same ride you find in Disney World) that takes guests on a ride through major global landmarks.
2. Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue
Fans of Monsters, Inc are going to love helping Mike and Sulley return Boo safely back to her home before Randall captures her!
While following Mike and Sulley, guests will see many of the famous scenes from the movie as well as beloved Monster, Inc. characters.
3. Goofy’s Sky School
Learn how to fly like Goofy on this short rollercoaster adventure!
You will take off in a flght-training vehicle going some 3 stories in the air before zip zagging your way through 1,200 feet of track.
4. Radiator Springs Racers
Jump in a car and take a ride through Radiator Springs! This ride has you racing down Highway 66.
Along the way, you will find several of your favorite Pixar Cars characters making appearances.
It is one of the most popular rides at California Adventure, so make sure that you use your Lightning Lane pass!
5. The Incredicoaster
Probably one of the best rides at California Adventure is located at Pixar Pier.
The Incredicoaster ride has you going on a chase after baby Jack-Jack.
In order to catch him, you will have to go through drops, twists, turns and even an inversion!
6. Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT
This action-packed thrill ride is based on the movie of the same name.
Ride along with Star-Lord and his gang as they escape from The Collector’s Fortress.

7. WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure

8. Toy Story Midway Mania
For this ride, guests will board a Carnival Ride Tram to play a host of virtual carnival games against the other players in your vehicle.

- Game 1: Hamm & Eggs. Knockdown barnyard animal targets using hard-boiled eggs.
- Game 2: Rex & Trixie’s Dino Darts. Launch darts to pop balloons in this game starring Rex and Trixie.
- Game 3: Green Army Men Shoot Camp. Baseball toss game that gives you the chance to break plates.
- Game 4: Buzz Lightyear’s Flying Tossers. It’s your favorite ring toss game but this time you will be tossing them on Aliens!
- Game 5: Woody’s Rootin’ Tootin’ Shootin’ Gallery. Shoot suction-cup-tipped darts at a variety of mine-cart targets. You will be on a race to the finish with this one!
9. The Little Mermaid- Ariel’s Undersea Adventure
On this ride, you will ride in a clam shell type vehicle as you go through a musical journey through the story of the Little Mermaid.
It begins with Ariel and her collection of whosits and whatsits, goes through her losing her voice and falling in love with Prince Eric.
The finale showcases Ariel and Eric on their wedding day.
10. Grizzly River Run
If you don’t mind getting wet, Grizzly River Run is a ride you won’t want to miss.
This intense white-water raft adventure takes guests on a spinning white water journey through the iconic Grizzly Peak.
