If you are looking for Frozen birthday party ideas on a budget, you’ve come to the right place. There are many ways to create a beautiful birthday fit for a princess without breaking the bank!
My daughter had a Frozen party for her 9th birthday and it turned out so cute that I wanted to share with you some of the things we did to make it special.
Best part is that these things didn’t cost us a fortune!
Frozen Birthday Party Ideas on a Budget
Frozen Birthday Invitations
I didn’t want to order any costly invitations from Etsy and while the Frozen Birthday invitations at Party City are fine, but you had to hand-write everything!
When planning a Frozen birthday party on a budget, you have to get creative.
I used printable Frozen Birthday Invitations and they turned out perfect!
Frozen Birthday Cake
Instead of spending a fortune on a custom Frozen cake, I went to Super Target and purchased a two layer round cake and had them ice it in teal blue and white.
Then I took the Disney Infinity Frozen Characters my daughter already had (you could use any Frozen toys/ Dolls) and added them to make the cake a bit more Frozen themed!
Frozen Birthday Decor
We did order Frozen Plates, Napkins and the Frozen souvenir cups along with a table runner.
They are just too stinkin’ cute to pass up.
We used basic blue Dollar Store plates for pizza and saved the Frozen cake plates for dessert.
We printed out super cute Frozen Tags for each of our treats and she loved being able to hand write the made up names for ones that weren’t already made up.
Frozen Birthday Party Food Ideas
- “Frozen” Grapes
- Edible Icicles (Rock Candy Lollipops)
- Olaf’s Noses (baby carrots)
- Olaf’s Arms (Pretzel Sticks)
- Reindeer Munch (Chex Muddy Buddies, marshmallows and chocolate chips)
- Snow Cream (Ranch dip)
- Melted Snow (Water bottles)
Frozen Party Favors
I found cute Frozen Word Search Books at the Dollar Spot at Target (they also had puzzles).
I would also suggest looking at Dollar Store because they are known for carrying small Disney items.
My daughter’s birthday party was a huge success. I hope that you find some of these ideas useful when planning your own Frozen Birthday party on a budget!
