Disney has it’s own island when only their cruise ships are permitted to dock; Castaway Cay. Most cruises aboard the Disney Cruise Line set sail to the island for at least one day. Some itineraries even have two days as Castaway Cay.
This is an island where magic really happens!
The ocean is barricaded by reefs and netted to keep larger fish (and sharks) out, so you can swim in calm, crystal blue waters without fear of interlopers. There are some small harmless fish (think Finding Nemo) so snorklers can enjoy some time hunting down fish. Even if you don’t get in the water, there are a TON of activities at Castaway Cay like bike riding, running trails, boat rides and even games in the shade (chess, basketball, checkers, etc).
