Disneyland Resort has opened up a whole new passholder system that replaces the former annual pass. This new program will be known as the Magic Key Pass Program and it starts this month!
Disneyland Magic Key Pass Program
Beginning August 25, 2021 guests will be able to purchase their preferred Magic Key pass.
There are 4 Magic Key types featuring a variety of admission days, experiences, and discounts on food, beverages and merchandise. The lowest price is $399 (for California Residents).
California Residents will be glad to know that they can sign up for a monthly payment plan. All other guests will have to pay in one lump sum.
Guests who join in the first 66 days (to mark the 66th anniversary of Disneyland California) will receive a special welcome pack with limited edition Disneyland Magic Key pin, Celebratory Button, Magic Key Holder Car Magnet & more!
Starting September 1st, Magic Key holders will also get special access to Starcade in Tomorrowland where they can charge their phones, have a beverage and take selfies.

(Only available for Southern California Residents living in zip codes 90000 to 93599)

- Reservation-based admission to one or both theme parks select days of the year.

- Reservation-based admission to one or both theme parks most days of the year.
- Hold up to 6 theme park reservations at a time
- 10% off select merchandise

- 50% off standard theme park parking (excluding blockout days, and available for purchase at Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure and the Toy Story Parking Area)
Dream Key $1,399
- Reservation-based admission to one or both theme parks every day of the year.

How do I Purchase a Magic Key Pass for Disneyland?
Beginning August 25th, guests can purchase and manage their Magic Key pass through Disneyland.com and the Disneyland app. Guests will be able to access an interactive admission calendar & also view reservation availability to book their theme park reservations.
How to Use a Magic Key Pass
- Check the Magic Key access calendar to see current park reservation availability.
- Make Your Reservations (Be sure to Sign in Using the Same Disney account that is associated with your Magic Key Pass. Select the date and theme park that you wish to visit. You can choose one park or two if both are available. If you choose 2, choose which one you will start your day. Magic Key holders who have a park reservation for both Disneyland parks may switch between parks on the same day as early as 1:00 PM
- Review your selections and confirm using an email.
- You are ready to head to the park where you will present your Magic Key pass.
