Where to Meet Disney Characters at Animal Kingdom

One of the best parts of a Disney World trip is meeting characters. There are plenty of Disney characters at Animal Kingdom. Many of these characters are unique to this park so if you see them while there, be sure to get an autograph because you might not get another chance!

Where to Meet Disney Characters at Animal Kingdom

While there are fewer Disney characters at Animal Kingdom than at other Disney parks, they do have some of the best ones!

These Animal Kingdom characters appear inside the parks at random times and places. Kevin is usually near Asia, and we’ve seen DiVine in some random areas including the entrance to the park.

Disney Character Flotillas

Aside from Disney character meet & greets, Animal Kingdom also has opportunities to see characters on flotillas. Here are the flotillas that go by at random times on Discovery River:

Dino-Bash Flotilla

See Goofy and Pluto greet you from the deck of a party boat that sails along the Discovery River.

Discovery River Character Cruise

Pocahontas & Lion King characters make appearances on this float.

Adventure Flotilla

This float features popular feathered friends like Scrooge McDuck and Launchpad McQuack.

Adventure Flotilla – Up

If you love UP!, you’ll be able to see Russell and Dug in true Wilderness Explorer style.
