Looking for the best Disney restaurants in all four of the Disney World Parks?  With so many dining choices it can be hard to figure out where to eat.

Kids Meal at Disney

If you want something other than hamburgers, chicken nuggets, and turkey legs, you’ll be glad to know that there are many great food options to choose from.

Epcot, by far, has the best Disney restaurants, while Hollywood Studios has the least. There are a few good food options at Magic Kingdom and a ton of high quality restaurants at Animal Kingdom.

Donald Duck at Tusker House

While all Disney parks have at least one character dining option, but we aren’t factoring that into this list.

Best Disney Restaurants (in all 4 Parks)

Be Our Guest

Best Restaurants in Magic Kingdom

Breakfast: Sleepy Hollow Inn

Breakfast at Magic Kingdom is hard to find unless you are doing a table service restaurant with characters. If you don’t want to waste time (or money) in a restaurant, then consider grabbing a delicious waffle at Sleepy Hollow Inn!

Lunch: Be Our Guest

Be Our Guest is one of the most popular restaurants in Disney World. While it is table service for dinner, it is actually quick service for lunch. You get the same great experience of eating in the restaurant, but with ala cart options and less of a wait.

Dinner: Liberty Tree Tavern

If you haven’t experienced Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner, then you are really missing out. This restaurant serves meals family style and the menu is like a traditional American thanksgiving dinner with all your favorites!

Biergarten in Germany Pavilion

Best Restaurants in Epcot

Breakfast: Sunshine Seasons

This quick service restaurant has several stations to choose from and makes splitting meals easy! We love their big breakfast platter that comes with eggs, french toast, potatoes and bacon!

Lunch: La Cantina de San Angel

This walk up counter service is a great option for those craving some Mexican. Choose from Tacos, Empanadas and Nachos.

Dinner: Biergarten Restaurant

Choosing a favorite restaurant at EPCOT for dinner is hard, but Biergarten NEVER disappoints. Not only is it a buffet, but you get LIVE entertainment while you dine!

Tusker House Buffet in Animal Kingdom

Best Restaurants in Animal Kingdom

Breakfast: Tusker House

When it comes to Disney breakfast buffets, Tusker House is one of the best. Make sure that you get an early reservation for breakfast so that you can enjoy the park a little before opening!

Lunch: Flame Tree BBQ

With a ton of covered seating, Flame Tree BBQ tops our list of quick service restaurants in Animal Kingdom for the amount of food you get. Enjoy ribs, chicken and pork bbq or a combo of all three!

Dinner: Satu’li Canteen

If you are a foodie and enjoy eating unique food, be sure to try Satu’li Canteen in Pandora, World of Avatar. You will find steamed Bao Buns and a selection of create your own bowls filled with freshly slice marinated meat over a bed of lettuce, sweet potato hash or rice.

Prime Time Cafe Dinner Table

Best Restaurants in Hollywood Studios

Breakfast: Trolly Cart Cafe

Breakfast is hard to find over in Hollywood Studios unless you plan a sit down meal. With limited selection, your best bet is to grab an on the go meal at Starbucks in Hollywood Studios.

Lunch: Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

You will probably be spending a lot of time in Galaxy’s Edge so you might as well go ahead and plan on eating at least one meal there. For lunch, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is our choice. Choose things like Pot Roast, Fried Chicken and Pork Ribs.

Dinner: 50’s Prime Time Cafe

If you are going to splurge on one table service meal at Hollywood Studios, it should be at 50’s Prime Time Cafe. This is not just a meal, but an experience. It will be just like eating at Grandma’s house with some of the best home cooked favorites like Fried Chicken and Meatloaf (and all the rules apply).

Boma Restaurant at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Keep in mind, that there are many GREAT restaurants to choose from that are at Disney resorts that we haven’t included in this list. This list was made just looking at the restaurants in the actual Disney World theme parks and based on food quality & experience.

So as a 21 yo college student, I can say that there are very few places I havent tried. Our family regularly visits and I have several special places that I love for various reasons.

A few options not listed above..

Magic Kingdom: Breakfast: Cinderella's royal table Lunch: Casey's Corner Dinner: (As our family is usually worn out from the day, we choose to ride the monorail to a resort for a break then ride back around for the evening parade or fireworks) My favorite escape is to the Polynesian Resort to dine at Kona.

Epcot: This has to be my favorite part of our vacay from a dining perspective. For me its not so much breakfast/lunch/dinner as it is "eating our way around the world". Personally I think going with an adventurous friend is the best way to go. I prefer all the quick service places so we can try different things. I love the Italian food, and definitely the Cantina. (Inside the Mexican Pavilion the atmosphere is nice but I prefer the outdoor food best.) And definitely dont forget to stop in the Patisserie for a sweet escape.

Hollywood Studios: B'fast: Starring roles Lunch: Since we usually finish early at this park, we typically plan a late lunch. That said, we dine at Sci-Fi. I will never go back to 50's prime time. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Never again.

Animal Kingdom: Breakfast HAS to be at Tusker House. We scheduled this when my little brother was asked who his favorite character was. Of course he answered Donald Duck. This was the only character dining experience where we knew that Donald appeared at that time. Im so thankful now because characters or not, this hands down wins every time.

After this breakfast, we usually eat a light lunch (or a turkey leg) but sometimes Yak and Yeti. (Both are wonderful options.)

Snacks throughout the Kingdom (and beyond)

Port Orleans FQ- You must try the beignets!

Polynesian- There are so many to choose from.

Yacht and Beach- Ice cream! And, Hurricane Hanna's has some wonderful drinks and kids meals come in pails with shovels to play in the sand!

Boardwalk- So technically the above could combine with these but there's a lot going on here. Every kind of ice cream, margaritas, pizza, cotton candy, bakery options, should I go on? 🥳

Yak and Yetii the duck is amazing and the service as well, a must-do every time as well as sci-fi diner for the milkshakes and deli sandwiches at Holywood studios. and a must with my parents Cristal Palace for meeting characters without lines and heat.

We absolutely love, love, LOVE Tusker House! That's about the only Disney restaurant that's a must-do every time we visit Disney. The breakfast is awesome and the service is even better. I'm not a big banana fan, so was a little hesitant on trying the banana bread pudding. But since I love bread pudding, I tried it. It was GREAT! I even went back for seconds. My grandson had 4 (yes, I said 4) helpings of pancakes. When I asked him about that, he replied, "But they're so good here!"

50s Prime Time Cafe is a restaurant that every year I look at when making ADRs and every year end up not booking. I always get scared away by the rowdy servers who scold. Read one review on Yelp where a server made a teenager go stand in the corner because she was on her cell phone. That wouldn't go over well and would just ruin the rest of the day for us, so we always head some place else instead. Maybe one day.....
